YGMYOU'VE GOT MEETINGS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 29, 2026

You've Got Meetings ("YGM," "we," "us") is a scheduling tool that uses AI to generate customized meeting agendas. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep it plain and specific — no legalese padding.

1. Who This Applies To

This policy covers two groups:

Hosts — people who sign up for a YGM account to accept bookings.
Guests — people who book a meeting through a host's booking page.

2. Data We Collect

From hosts, when you sign up:

Email address (used as your account identifier)
Name (from your Google profile, if you sign in with Google)
A professional bio you write, which Claude reads to generate agendas
Your chosen booking URL slug, theme, and scheduling settings
A logo image, if you upload one
Brand colors, if you use the brand extraction feature

From hosts, when you connect Google Calendar:

A Google OAuth access token and refresh token, stored in our database, used solely to read your calendar availability and create Google Calendar events and Google Meet links on your behalf

From guests, when they book:

Full name and email address
Company name (optional)
Reason for booking
Answers to any custom intake questions the host has configured

Generated automatically at booking time:

A meeting agenda produced by Claude AI based on the host's bio and guest's context
Research bullets about the guest's company, sourced from public web data via the Exa search API

3. How We Use Your Data

To operate the scheduling service — showing available times, confirming bookings, creating calendar events
To generate meeting agendas — guest information and host bio are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for agenda generation
To research guests — guest company name and context are sent to the Exa search API to surface relevant public information for the host
To send confirmation emails — booking details are sent via Resend to both the host and guest
To create Google Meet links — via the Google Calendar API using the host's connected account

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-Party Services

YGM uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google APIs
Calendar availability, event creation, Google Meet links, and sign-in
Anthropic Claude
AI-generated meeting agendas and brand color extraction
Exa
Public web research on guest companies
Supabase
Database and file storage (hosted in the US)
Resend
Transactional email delivery
Vercel
Application hosting

5. Google API Scopes

When a host connects Google Calendar, YGM requests the following OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — to read your calendar and determine available time slots
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create calendar events and Google Meet links when a guest books

We do not read, store, or process the content of your calendar events — only free/busy information to determine availability. YGM's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

Host account data is retained while your account is active
Booking records are retained indefinitely so hosts can review past meetings
Google OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and updated in our database; revoking access from your Google account immediately invalidates them

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at ethan@dovo.app.

7. Data Security

All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We use a service-role key server-side for database access — no client-side database credentials are used.

8. Your Rights

You can update or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard
You can disconnect Google Calendar by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions
You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by emailing ethan@dovo.app

9. Children

YGM is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We'll update this page if our data practices change and update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of YGM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
